Registration for Fall
2025-26 School Year Registration Process
New 9th graders and current RRHS students register for fall classes in the spring. The process is different depending on your grade level. Below are webinar recordings, slide decks, links, and more information to getting your classes chosen and getting ready for fall.
Grades 9–11 Timeline (current RRHS students)
February 19 in Advisory
- Transcript review, graduation checklist, and four-year planning
- Students will understand their current credit status and make a plan to meet their graduation requirements.

March 4 in Core Classes
- Students will receive guidance and will select their next year's English, math, science, and social studies classes.

March 5 in Advisory
- Students will complete their course requests by selecting elective classes and alternate requests in all remaining subjects.

March 10–14 in social studies and English classes
- Counselors will meet with each student to check their course requests
8th Grade Information (future 9th graders)
March 18, 6:00–8:00 pm, 8th grade parent night
- For all incoming 9th graders and their families to learn about River Ridge and the registration process
- Video of the webinar will be posted on the incoming freshman page when complete.
Salish Middle School
- March 11 in Advisory — pre-registration introductory webinar
- March 17 — students will be entering their course requests in Skyward during their English classes under the guidance of RRHS counselors
Nisqually Middle School
- March 13 in Advisory — pre-registration introductory webinar
- March 18 — students will be entering their course requests in Skyward during their English classes under the guidance of RRHS counselors
Aspire Middle School
- April 15 — students will be entering their course requests in Skyward during their English classes under the guidance of RRHS counselors
